I was always wondering how the « think global » concept is applicable on decision and analyse, while each person has local reference?
In fact, it’s very difficult to communicate as if everyone are listening the same message and point of view. Even when using the same language.
Sometimes, when I speak to students, or within Business discussion, obviously the message is never crystal clear.
The reason why we tend to use numbers, schemes and metrics to communicate.
Do mathematics are never questionable?
Social culture is part of this perspective matter. But also knowledge. School books and learning are not likely the same from country to country.
So when innovation is passing by, how to read?

If Scientists send a global warning about drinking water because it contains a high density of hydrogen, sure some people will panic. Local perspectives and references can jamming the good decision. Or worst, the Vision.
